Rovers are the senior Program Section of Scouts Canada. The motto of Rovering is "Service," which is what we offer to the community around us. We go camping, attend moots (large gatherings of Rovers), and generally have a lot of fun!
You need not have been in Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, or Venturers to be a Rover.
The goal of this website is to provide a central reference resource to support Rovering in Ontario and Canada.
